I never did get around to putting these up!
For the shop report I went to Harvey Nics (before Christmas). I actually found it disapointing! Normally there are tons of gorgeous dresses and shoes especially. But the only things i liked were the Moschino Cheap and Chic dresses. They had artistic brush strokes on in bright colours.
I also found a really nice pair of Dolce and Gabbana shoes. There was also a really tacky pair of pink shoes with sequins on. I can't remember which designer they were, but i think one of Girls Aloud was wearing them on TV. That sold them for me. I love shoes, and Girls Aloud!
One of my favourite artist is Tony Cragg. He is a sculptor. I first saw his work at the Goodward Sculpture park. There was this one amazing piece made of copper, which had holes in it like a tea strainer. He has a piece at the Leeds Art Gallery, which is made of found objects. I have seen another of these found object pieces at the Barbican Gallery in London.
