Probably the only pathetic excuse as to why I have not explored Harvey Nichols and all the other gorgeous shops that line the Queens Quarter before is because I can not afford anything and I will almost defiantly fall in love with something ridiculously expensive and dream about it for at least a few months! This of course was inevitable and consequently my dreams have been filled with an amazing £350 Temperly dress ever since!
A lot of the clothes in Harvey Nichols I actually found quite boring. They were predictably very high fashion with risky lengths and difficult to wear shapes. The base colour of nearly all the collections was black and the patterns I couldn't help to think were a bit 'done before'. On the other hand there's some gorgeous GORGEOUS things in. Even the garments I didn't particularly like I felt compelled to touch them because the fabrics are so much nicer then my Topshop machine washes. The clothes are so much more luxurious and tactile, if only I had the money!
